I have my Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and a Certificate in Diet, Nutrition and Weight Management.
My son is gluten and dairy intolerant, and I have a relative and friends who are Coeliac.
Every 2nd or 3rd person I come into contact with has, is, or knows someone who has a food allergy or intolerance.
This book has been put together with much dedication to helping other's who like myself, have found it hard to know what to cook for themselves or their children.
